Discuss which courts would be used to deal with the following situations.
- A car bought privately for a few thousand pounds is discovered to be in very poor condition as it was in an accident and inexpertly repaired. The cost of a proper repair is more than the original price of the car.
- A former civil servant in the Ministry of Defence is accused of spying for a foreign power.
- A builder has failed to complete a contract undertaken with a private house owner.
- A husband separated from his wife is disputing the upkeep payments to his family.
- A large company selling an important product has found a rival stealing its secrets.
